The CV10k is an inclusive event, we welcome runners of all ages, shapes and abilities. If fact, we openly encourage those who think that running isn’t for them to join us.  We won’t bite! …often.

We will however let you into a little secret, there might be a HILL on the course.  It’s only little, compared to say Mount Everest, but we feel it’s best you know.  Also you need to be aware that while the main road is closed for the start and finish, the back, quieter, country roads are open …minimal traffic, but open.
