The Julian Bliss Septet

In 2010, Julian Bliss, one of today’s finest clarinettists, formed the Julian Bliss Septet from a selection of the best musicians on the jazz scene. Creating programmes inspired by the King of Swing, Benny Goodman, and incorporating Latin music from Brazil and Cuba, they have performed to packed houses at festivals and the most famous jazz clubs and concert halls across the world. On this, Julian’s third appearance at the Tetbury Music Festival, team up with friends at a table for four or relax with a refreshing drink in the stalls and enjoy a special improvisatory programme that will bridge classical and jazz in a uniquely Tetfestian way.
